Stephen Koza, Managing Partner
Stephen is an entrepreneur, investor and operating executive. He currently serves as the CEO of EverOps, a cloud and IT services firm he acquired through a self-funded search.

Prior to founding Blue Ono, Stephen built new businesses inside two successful Silicon Valley technology companies: Samsara, a recent-IPO industrial software startup; and Meraki, a $3B division of Cisco. There he grew a business from inception to $400M in annual sales. He's also an active advisor to early-stage startups.
Stephen has worked internationally and led teams responsible for delivering over $1B in revenue. He is passionate about tech, entrepreneurship and leading ambitious teams to accomplish big things.
